寿司プラッター

A. 巻き寿司“並”プラッター:
並寿司プラッターは、5種類の巻き寿司や押し寿司が入ります。(カリフォルニア、ツナ、野菜など) 並巻き寿司には、普通巻きか裏巻きで追加の魚介類はつきません。プラッターは、リクエストにより盛り付けを帰ることが出来ますので、ご相談ください。
一皿A$60、最低オーダーA$100から。

B. 巻き寿司“上”プラッター:
上寿司プラッターは、3種類の普通巻きと2種類のスペシャル巻きが入ります。スペシャル巻きは、レインボーロール、スパイダーロール、海老天ロールダイナマイトロールなどの裏 巻き。
一皿A$80、最低オーダーA$100から。

C. 巻き寿司“特上”プラッター:
特上寿司プラッターは、5種類のスペシャルロールが入ります。
一皿A$100。

出張サービス

For larger sized events, delicious sushi can be prepared and presented at your location with several available options. There is a "Nami" for 10 minimum for sushi onsite. Nigiri sushi can be substituted for sushi rolls. We will customise your order to include your preferences of basic rolls, special rolls, nigiri, sashimi or any combination.

A. Sushi Uncut:
Beautiful and delicious sushi can be prepared at our facility just prior to your event. The sushi will be left whole and wrapped in plastic wrap to maintain quality. The sushi can be picked up at our location or delivered to yours. With this option, you can cut, present and serve the sushi at your event when you desire.

B. Sushi Uncut with Service:
With this option, delicious sushi will be prepared at our facility just prior to your event and will be delivered to you accompanied by one or more of our professional sushi chefs. Upon arrival, the sushi will be cut, presented and served to your guests.
Onsite sushi chef for presentation: $99.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. Chef fee does not include food costs.

C. Sushi Bar Set Up:
For the ultimate in sushi presentation, we can set up a sushi bar at your location. One or more of our chefs will prepare delicious sushi at your event and serve your guests. Sushi bar set up includes sushi bar, sushi display case, refrigeration and all other related necessities.
Onsite sushi chef for preparation: $99 per hour with a two hour minimum. Chef fee does not include food costs.

Sushi prices
The following are general examples of sushi and the cost. Our menu is by no means limited to these items. Sushi Catering Service offers a complete line of all types of sushi rolls, nigiri sushi, hand rolls, sashimi and more.

Basic Sushi Rolls - $8.00 each: Seafood and product on the inside, with light garnishment on the outside like California roll, Tuna Roll, Veggie Roll, etc.

Special Sushi Rolls - $12.00 each: Seafood and product on the inside and outside, with complete garnishment like Rainbow Roll, Spider Roll, Tempura Prawn Roll, etc.

Basic Nigiri Sushi - $2.00 each: Traditional nigiri seafood like Tuna, Yellowtail, Prawn, Salmon, Squid, Egg roll etc.

Special Nigiri Sushi - $4.00 each: More exotic nigiri seafood like Uni, Scampi, Ikura, Eel, Giant Clam, Aji, etc.

Handroll Sushi - $4.00 each (onsite chef only): Tuna, Prawn, Salmon Skin, Octopus, etc.

Sashimi - Market price (1 oz. ea. piece): Tuna, Yellowtail, Salmon, Octopus, etc.
